All food coops are committed to consumer education, product quality, and member control, and usually support their local communities by selling produce grown locally by family farms.

What is SCENIC CITY FOOD COOP? :

 

Mission:

Scenic City Food Cooperative is a member owned association. We are dedicated to serving the needs of local farmers and producers.  Practicing & promoting clean, fairly traded food by providing goods, services, and healthy food choices at a fair value to consumers. We seek to provide greater access to safe nutritious food and product to all of Chattanooga. We promote community well being, economic prosperity, self-reliance and sustainability through cooperation.

 

 

Our non-profit cooperative is set up to provide farm-fresh grocery items of the highest quality and best value from within a 200-mile radius of Chattanooga, TN.
